I am just happy looking at him playing in a competitive defence, something Everton have not had for a long time. Hopefully sorting out the back five is the start of Frank Lampard and with the introduction of some midfielders we are starting to look like we are moving forward.
I thing I am enjoying most about Patterson and the new lads is that they look as if they want to play for Everton and that the result matters to them. Surely wins can’t be far away.

But they do list different stats than the 1s posted.

That's all over the place.

For sure looking across all the various stats sites he's made a lot of tackles, but the dribbles, blocks pressures etc in your tables are rated according to %. That's not telling us a lot if he 'pressures' 3 times and is successful at all three...it just means he's done it three times.

For the hard of learning....Yes, the numbers are there....and the %s are all off very low numbers...as you would expect from 6 games...which underlines that tables like this at this stage of the season are 'kin useless....

I was very skeptical of Patterson based on what we saw last year pre-injury and in preseason this year, but the last couple games have shown something. Hope he can string some more good performances together.
