2024/25 Nathan Patterson

Or its due to Coleman, Garner both out injured and Young is struggling with a neck injury.

Patterson might get another chance, will he take it?
Coleman should be back for Bournemouth and Garner could/should be available two weeks after that for Villa.

I'd switch Young over to LB permanently now and try and sell Mykolenko in January.

We have options without having to reach for any drastic selections.

Good shout. With points so precious now in the next few months we cannot risk anyone that doesn't have their full football IQ in place. The odd point could be what saves the club from the abyss.

I associate Patterson's inclusion in a defence as a dangerous move that destroys any chance of stability and solidity.

If we're to stay out of the relegation zone it'll be built on a competent back four. Left back is becoming an issue.

If there's any cash whatsoever in January to spend Ild get it spent at one of the FB berths. If we could sell both Mykolenko and Patterson to fund even one FB in it's a no brainer.

Agree young should start at LB but wouldn't sell Myko until we have a replacement. Why happens if Young gets injured and we've sold Myko?
