From what I've seen of him for us and Scotland I'm going to say he is not good enough.
He finished last season as the 4th choice rightback. Would be best for all parties if he is moved on and can try to reignite his career in the Championship.

I remember when England played Scotland earlier this year and some drunken Scottish loon on talksport said Gilmour was better than Jude Bellingham.
Anyway, Gilmour is much better than Patterson and has some ability. Would like him at Everton as he is a decent player.
