Any small chance the Lakers had of coming back in this series (and even smaller chance of winning the Championship) has just gone there. AD clearly needs a long spell on the sides to heal up. With Lebron and KCP carrying injuries too there is no chance. Might be a blessing in disguise so all these injuries can be properly dealt with ahead of next season.

I have absolutely no sympathy for the Lakers or their fans. Spent the entire last quarter of Game 3 giving it large to the Suns, and then they didn’t win another game the rest of the series. Then Booker and Crowder gave it right back to them at the end and suddenly the Lakers are whining and clutching their pearls. Jog on.

I hope the Clippers follow them out the door tomorrow. Where would angry SoCal bandwagon fans meet to give out straighteners? Ralph’s? Whole Foods?
