Think he’s better then we saw today, was annoyed with him at times, don’t think he knows his teammates that well yet the positions they can take up in advanced positions, the balls they will look to make, where he needs to be, I thought he could have done more to provide an out ball when some were under pressure, especially for young Nathan. He’s better then today, which is why I was annoyed at times, but chalk it up to settling in. He has to score THAT chance.

Was a nuisance and occupied good positions. Should have scored as well.

We looked a different team due in part to his movement in and around the box - pulling the centre halfs out of position creating space for gray and Gordon.

I like him, always have, but felt he was feeling his way in the dark a bit today, for the reasons I’ve said mate, which is understandable. He will get better the longer he’s here.

Even if he didn’t have a great game cause he’s off the pace, the team looked better for having an actual striker, and us not having to play 5 at the back

He'll probably always be somewhat wasteful, but he also was never meant to be  the answer. The contract length says it all - he's here to do a job for us and get a big final payday on a Bosman. It's a good setup for all parties.
