I’d imagine £35m for Adama Traore, that would be a very Everton thing to doIndeed...very worried with the January window coming up as I am sure they will looking at outdoing themselves once more.
Agree mate that he's gash and looks like he's running in treacle, I was making the point that for some reason we continued to hoof balls up to him with those grocks at the back for Wolves even though they didn't even have too jump to beat him in the air.
I agree not a first choice striker. He’s been set up for failure, to be honest.
Off the bench or as second striker I think he’d do a good job.
To be a striker you need the following qualities
Pace
Good hold up play
Finishing
Maupay has none of these, so how the hell does he get a game over any other striker at the club, are they that bad?
We needed a striker, couldn’t afford to get whoever was on our list, got to the end of the window and was a case of who is the least worst of what is available for the little cash we have. That’s the scouting. Panic written all over it.Also noticed this, then you must ask the question, who scouted him, who thought he was good enough for us and was better than what we had, seriously scary goings on at our club.
Didn’t pay much attention to him at Brighton - what formation/system did they use him in? We could do with someone scoring 10 goals!!This guy scored 10 last season. Just being used completely wrong, far better suited to being a second striker not the centre of attention.
