I like the way that they have two filthy looking green bins in the picture of their high class match day hospitality venue.

I think it looks really good, not sure how much use the outdoor space will get throughout the majority of the season, as it’s often cold and windy down by the river, but it’s great to have more options for fans and places to go before and after the games

What has that got to do with Nelson Dock ?

Best guess, a covered sports arena on Nelson dock able to host basketball and boxing events, make the area a one stop shop for entertainment. It'd be some feat to have two stages for events, able to cater to small to middle, then the main area for world tour stuff. It's about getting the people in and gentrifying the area, bespoke parking and a world class hotel would be nice.

No idea, the way I see Peel is, the more development down that end of the riverbank the more their interests and land are worth. They'll want to be seen as a partner that can be worked with not against, one hand washes the other, so to speak. As for development time, it can be done off season. Fences kept people out of BMD as it was built.

That's an underwhelming use of the area for me. Premium suits that just look like reused shipping containers next to our shiny new stadium.
