Nelson Dock

Howard Kendall's name besmirched by what looks like a miniature version of Seaforth container port.

"The Premier Matchday Experience".....pffffft!
I don`t think it looks too bad for something that might be a short term answer to provide a bit of off site hospitality. There`s a lot of clubs that have hospitality packages that are based in hotels or bars near to the stadiums, and there is very little options within a short walk of the ground.

Hotels yeah. That's a monstrosity though.

£750M spent on a stadium and then someone lashes together some metal containers on the next dock...

Dont tell me those corrupt turds at LCC have handed planning permission for that as well.

Seeing as Everton have been granted permission for the same on what basis do you think they can refuse others ?

Love the attention to detail with where they are going to hide the bins.

Well, I thought Everton have expressed an interest in that dock.
Everton have expressed an interest in Nelson Dock. This hospitality offering will be on Collingwood Dock. Regardless the Council can't particularly refuse it when they're allowing Everton to do the same at BMD plaza if they so wish.

I thought the picture on the website was Nelson dock. It looked like that from the low angle looking towards the stadium as the Nelson Dock is not clearly shown. It does make the hospitality place look very close to the stadium. If anyone heads back there after the game for post match drinks they`ll be able to sample the queue to get across the bridge on Regents road.

You can see Nelson Dock as a separate body of water between this facility and the stadium, clearly so in the top left of the main picture, so it's definitely Collingwood Dock, level with the clock tower.
