Nelson Dock

I propose on Nelson Dock they create Evertonland™, a theme park based on all things Everton FC, but with a nod to our American owners.

Attractions could include Blue Bill's Burger Bar, Hibbo's Hook-a-Fish game (can be done directly into the Mersey to save money), Big Bad Beto's Bull-Ridin', The Toffee Tower of Terror and a theatrical performance of Honey, I Shrunk the Transfer Fund!, directed by the Kenwright Theatre Company.

Fun for all of the family and sure to generate tens of millions annually to help the club in the transfer market.

If they buy a dock I fully expect it to used for a ferry in some way. Not a chance they spend silly money filling a dock in when they could have just bought land off the main road for whatever they want it for.

The dock was designed by Jesse Hartley and opened in 1848.

British slavery was abolished in the British Empire through the Slavery Abolition Act of 1833, which came into effect on August 1, 1834, freeing over 800,000 enslaved people in the Caribbean, South Africa, and Canada.

Retrospective social justice warriors are going to be upset.

And in the true spirit of Everton, for every purchase of chips you buy, you have to give back 6 and for every prize won, you have two taken away. And the next match, just when you think you’ve seen the last of PSR hurting your Evertonland experience, you get taken to court by an employee from Burnleyland for no real reason. Evertonland that 😔 💙.

What happened to the one in North Haverbrook?

The best shout I've heard for it is something like Texas live, it's a perfect mixed use venue mixing sports and leisure. We need it to be accessible to all while filling the clubs coffers.
