Hmm, cache clearing has resulted in the weird crap over the tool bar going, but now the ad is in full glory on our banner:

Don't think so, only google docs and ad block (which is disabled for got). I'll give it a go in a little while again

Nope, don't think so. Has it? I remember the crowd banner that was up there, but when it was removed it was just the main background image.
