Click on that mate, then second from bottom should say 'Internet Options', click on that and it should bring a box up, about 3 quarters of the way down click on 'delete' under the browsing history section and you should then get another box come up, Check the options shown in the box below and uncheck any others, it probably defaults to them all being ticked, then just click delete and that should do it.

...those instructions are impressive, but when I unticked the couple of boxes it wouldn't let me press the delete button (only the cancel button). On the screen before this there is a ticked box re 'delete browsing history on exit'?

Is it your own lap top mate, or a works issued one?

So just to be sure mate, you've got 2 boxes ticked, the temporary internet files and the cookies one?
