If it's so difficult to incorporate Nil Satis Nisi Optimum into the badge someone might care to enlighten me why NILSATOPM and U are so much harder than EVRTO and N. In any event even a watered down initials (NSNO) would be barely acceptable but at least acknowledge what we stand for..
