Well yeh I was just meaning it all went tits up for him after he/they could spend which is what we’ll be doing. Like I don’t believe they’d have all got the same chances without the transfer ban.

I’d say maybe we could do with a ban but then Soggy is captain when he’s 35.

Because he gave players chances who developed into CL winners. He got top 4 with a very young squad in the middle of a transfer ban with Kepa in goal.

And was sacked 6 months later for not getting a squad to perform who went on to win the champions league.

I'm worried. Very worried.

Worried because in my mind there was a clear next step under Carlo. There were players there that were worried they had no future.

Now...it's another reset. Those players will relax for the summer and go again in a blue shirt trying to persuade everyone they're good for the club. And loads will buy it.

Whoever we appoint needs to stay here several seasons. We are an absolute joke club at the minute and managers don't even stay 2 seasons.

I want someone who is young and hungry, with an element of risk but with a high ceiling. I dont want the boring, predictable, so called "safe" pairs of hands like Dyche or Moyes.
