If Fab says so, there must be something in it.

Whether or not Nuno is the man, it's important we appoint somebody quickly so they can start working in the transfer market.
Well he will have to work from Portugal at his home here as he will have to self isolate on his return.

Everton are like the standard whip-lash claim of modern football to managers.
It's like self-flagellation...but with the rewards. In years to come this recent crop of Managers are going to meet up once a year for an old boys dinner all wearing ties with the crest which will be wrapped in barbed wire and raise a glass in grateful thanks for securing their retirement pensions while bemoaning the lack of time each were given to get us relegated. And I'm not kidding,!

I'm 67, we are what we are...middle of the league team and I can't see that changing anytime soon.
At least you've seen us win something. Been following for about 20 years and seen FA. This is just more of the same nothing we've had for the last 6-7 years. They refuse to try anything different even when they see their choices fail time and time again. It's so deflating.

Listen, if people want to back the Everton manager then fine, obviously I’m not going to have a problem with doing that. But I have no idea why people feel the need to lie about his Wolves team playing good football.
Why would we lie, we don't support them? Wolves looked good when they came up. Not so good in the season just gone, but they lost a few regular players.

Why would Neto or Neves sidestep to a fellow mid table team managed by their old manager?
Why is it a sidestep? Why would they not want to play for Nuno.?

Two years ago he was being rightly acclaimed for his managerial skills. He had a small squad, had 2/3 of his best players sold and then lost his main striker to a bad injury. In his first 3 seasons at Wolves he won promotion, then qualified for Europe and only missed out on Europe the following season by goal difference whilst also reaching the quarter final of the Europa league.

I don't know if he will be a good match for Everton or not, but he has a good track record, attracts good young Portuguese players, and I'll give him my full support if he get's the job rather than cryarse about it.

We had our trophy manager and only finished 10th and then he just upped and left. Played well sometimes and badly other times but overall it was poor . I think Nuno is a good fit for us and I am happy with this and wish him well .
