If he lasts two years then he will have lasted longer than most of our managers over the last five years, you do realise that don't you ?
We finished 17th one season. It was a bad season with key absences but can't say how next season would have goneWe never regressed under Moyes though. Even the “stagnation” was at a very high level. Under Moyes we sold better players than Jota without going into alarming decline.
Yeah but under Moyes at the time we had the right manager and right owner, not its just basket caseWe never regressed under Moyes though. Even the “stagnation” was at a very high level. Under Moyes we sold better players than Jota without going into alarming decline.
I think it says a lot about how he worked that Bill and Moyes are still very good friends after all these years.
Show me where i said we had a short list of 2 and deserve every thing we get. That's not got anything to do with it though, they were appointments made with the best intentions that didn't work out (Technically Allardyces did work out as he did what he was brought in to do).
Completely take Moyes out of the equation with what you were moaning about then to make things easier. You were moaning that we had a shortlist of two people (Nuno and Moyes) and that we "deserve" everything we get. There is ZERO indication that we had a list of two, hell, Nuno hasn't even got the job yet!
Listen if you want to make stuff up and then get angry about it then that's totally up to you, I find it a really weird thing to do. You are not the only one who does it either by the way, loads do and it does my head in.
Doesn't really say much though lol
We're talking Everton not Chelsea history.Ancelotti has won The Premier League.
What? His second season? And we were never in danger, so it looks worse on paper than it was.We finished 17th one season. It was a bad season with key absences but can't say how next season would have gone
Wolves only got promoted a few seasons ago , where they ended up finishing was still a decent result really considering.
Yeah, I think Moshiri has largely been a disaster, despite the big spending. He has turned us into a hire and fire club. Bill at least would stand by the coaches and give them time.Yeah but under Moyes at the time we had the right manager and right owner, not its just basket case
My point was you can't call one disappointing season a regression. Who knows what would have happened next season. Wolves fans wanted him to stay we know that much. What? His second season? And we were never in danger, so it looks worse on paper than it was.
He was forced into selling Wayne Rooney, a generational talent, and we finished fourth! Still can’t believe we did that with that team.
Thats a point, we seen the stats, I think the last thing we need is a manager that asks our players to run less and not as far!!!!At least he’ll have support in the dressing room with Gomez, Hamez and Siggy knowing they won’t need to do much running this year.
