This picture needs to be outside Goodison with all the other images to document our history.
It's an absolute belter. Maybe a mural-worthy work? This picture needs to be outside Goodison with all the other images to document our history.
Nah, this is the worst I've ever felt about Everton ever, eff off with all the bedwetting Shoite shouts. My first games as a young kid where with Gordon Lee the screaming skull as manager. We've been through far, far worse. Sometimes adversity like this brings out the best in the club. Look at 04/05.
Whoever we get deserves our support, purely on the fact they want to actually be here - unlike our previous manager.
Yeah man, im sick of supporting utter tosspot managers.Nah, this is the worst I've ever felt about Everton ever, eff off with all the bedwetting Shoite shouts. My first games as a young kid where with Gordon Lee the screaming skull as manager.
Mike Walkers fun wakaday blue depression laden ballbag era.
Joe Royal getting binned off at park foods hampers similarly to Nigel Martyn being giving the directions to Leeds as he also waited unceremoniously in Johnson's foyer for three hours.
Walter Smith at Boro away, ageing Gazza & Ginola in the team, 7 central defenders starting, 87 years old mark Hughes dithering out on the pitch on his Zimmer frame.
Bobby Brown Shoes at Sunderland away, and 2 sodding years of telling me how we had 72% possession in another ultimately boring defeat, "you lucky people" (Tommy Trinder)
Successive 4-0"s at the Shoite with Origi & Pickford's laurel & Hardy routine to boot.
Fat Sam's bolocks gravy train, 'I kept you up, what more do you want' ....we were safe after fat unsworths last game against West Spam, the bull-shoiting fraud
Tosun ,Walcott , iwobi, Delph, etc...
Silva the useless tit, but hey Moshri wanted him so let's give the guy the benefit, maybe he knows something we don't...
You know what, maybe he actually doesn't. The definition of Madness is often described as doing the same thing over & over and expecting different results.
I just see this Nuno bullcrap as just another turn on Everton's perpetual merry-go-round of misery... 'Roll up, Roll up, Roll up, the rides just carrying on still... Let's get behind this next appointee cos isn't that what we're supposed to do, is it.... Do one Everton you utter utter bastards....
Edit, no doubt some clown or secret agent of Goodison masquerading on these forums as a moderate impartial bellwiff will appear and shout me down telling us time to unite and get behind the new guy.
"Your in the minority, most fans will be behind the new manager, let's give him unequivocal support, I think we need to stand together... Yadda Yadda Yadda....."
Go swivel!
I feel we've hired managers with less pedigree but the reaction wasn't anywhere near this bad. Its bordering on hysterical....we become a person who's been hurt in a relationship and doesn't trust anyone so won't date and hates everyone.
Again even your poll suggestion has proved my point we're constantly at odds. It's not good.
Let's take a step back and think logically.
Firstly who is avaliable and a realistic target?
-Galtier. Looks to already be on way to Nice.
-Moyes. Agreed West ham deal. His return frought with controversy anyway.
-Benitez. Controversial and fanbase splitting.
-Poch. Very difficult to do and still in a new job at PSG.
-Howe. Not good enough and no real substance. Viable option.
-Potter. In a job and would likely split fanbase. However a viable option.
-Fonseca. Avaliable. Never managed in England but an option. On way to spurs tho.
-Rangnick. In a job. Been a DOF for much of career. Difficult to prise.
-Martinez. Controversial. In a job in middle of tournament.
-Nuno. Avaliable. Managed in league. Would have been seen as a coup 12 months ago. Viable.
Your then left with managers either in jobs such as Dyche who would jump at the chance or managers such as Rodgers who are not viable.
Then it's dregs such as Bilic, Hughes etc.
There are obviously other managers out there but I can't name any who is likely to fit the bill. I don't think there is a single appointment which everyone woukd agree on that is realistic or viable.
If we had got Nuno after Silva we would have been ecstatic. He's had a torrid 12 months at Wolves with injures, covid, family issues and a unsettled season. His time looked naturally coming to an end and that it's likely he took them as far as he can go with them. Which was the championship to a solid Premier league team, taken some big scalps home and away, reached Europe twice and got far.
I think logically he is the most sound appointment when you consider availability etc.
Everyone needs to grow a massive beard in support of him
Your post is laughable.
Youve named a list of people youve heard of and then stated that the next rung down is Dyche and then Bilic/Hughes.
There is an ENTIRE WORLD of football managers.
Stop making excuses FFS.
Even the women?even me?
He lost his two forwards (Jiminez and jota), two full backs (Doherty and jonny) and his mainstay centre half (boly).
Carlo would have been given a tribute if that happened.
