Oh I mean there’s no chance he comes here at all but I’m also thankful despite him being really good. We need to remember our roots and start acting a bit more like a smaller club for a while.

Ever since we came into money we’ve had the cash and the history but acted like we’re bigger and more relevant than we actually are.

Agreed. I said this afternoon that the thing that would convince me most that the club has figured it out is appointing someone like Potter. No flash, no real reason to think it makes sense on the surface, but digging into it there might be something that we can build on with him. Others fall into this too, just think Potter is the obvious example.
