I know who we need. Most of you all know who we need.

It's going to be a very turbulent ride to start with, but there's one guy I would love to see come in and steady the ship...

Brands is on the board and just yesterday got appointed to the stadium board. He’s on a gravy train with biscuit wheels, he ain’t going to rock the boat!
 
Is Rodgers that dissimilar to Nuno at the point he was appointed?
Rodger's team masters most phases of the game. His teams can lie low, and take advantage of opponents' imbalance through direct play. They can push high, and create imbalance. They can also dominate the matches through the positions they occupy. He is quite a flexible manager, but who has a clear philosophy.

Nuno's teams are quite one-dimensional. One of the goals this season was to develop their game, but they did not master this (injuries are of course part of the explanation, but Nuno is also not known for being a manager who masters to dominate matches). Nuno also has a clear philosophy, but is far more rigid.
