I'm all for Rafael.

We need somebody to come in and absolutely tear the club apart. Only then can we rebuild.

Who could do that better than somebody who should have an innate dislike for the place?

Everybody is too comfortable and happy to produce mediocrity for large pay packets. It's been the case for years now.

Give him a war chest, let him develop his love for the club (which he will) and put his stamp on things. Line in the sand moment.

We need strong leadership everybody. All hail Rafael!

This thinking has been in the back of my mind since he was first linked.

I think he could force real change, and we are in desperate need for that. This constant mediocrity has come to far.

He will also have to produce results due to his background, so he is immediately under pressure, something Carlo didn't really feel, but that I think Rafael has the experience to absorb.

Imagine if he did turn us into a force and we constantly battered Liverpool and finished above them, the fan base would be ecstatic and the lot from the brick sh*ithouse across the park would be all at sea...

Id say that if Nuno came in then surely Fabio Silva should be one of his prime targets.

Signed him with Mendes for £35mil over a 'proven' or 'experienced' player so should feel he has potential to be worth alot more.

If he doesnt go for him then what does that tell you?
