Opinions mate but he has shown to me that he has great potential due to the style of play. He has had about 3 seasons as a manager and I wouldn't say he failed. Chelsea is one of the few jobs that if you don't win a trophy straight away then you are on thin ice. He knows how to set up teams and has shown great promise.

We are one of the best paying clubs in the world in terms of management.

Throwing even more cash at someone who doesn't what to be here is going down the Koeman route.

He would be my favoured choice but I can totally understand why he wants to manage Nice, lovely part of the world. He also had talks with them months back so maybe he is a man of his word.

Unfortunately it seems Nice and Lille have agreed a package for Galtier which includes just 1 of his backroom staff - which discredits the story about Dunc being kept on as a stumbling block to him coming here.

Yes, anyone getting behind that red merde is a disgrace and should be ashamed of themselves for even entertaining the idea. There's zero wiggle room on this issue for me.

Either you want Benitez or you're a blue, there's no crossover where you can reasonably justify Benitez to me and convince me that it is in the best interest of this club. None.
