Benitez in China, 38 games in charge, won 12, lost 18, win percentage 31%. Yep, deffo sounds like an Everton manager in waiting.

Hi win % literally everywhere else - Newcastle included - is better than all Everton post managers bar Carlo, Kendall and Catterick. Newcastle is the only one that's below Kendall and CatterickBenitez in China, 38 games in charge, won 12, lost 18, win percentage 31%. Yep, deffo sounds like an Everton manager in waiting.
He lost more games than he won with Hamsik Carrasco and RondonContext
Whoaa I'm not saying that Lampard is my no1 choice , just that he is preferable to Benitez ( as it just about anyone ).Did we see what happened to Chelsea when he left??????????
I think the only thing that prevents his appointment is if he gets eaten by sharks on Usmanovs boat.I was looking to the more intelligent and steadfast members of GoT for inspiration and hope. There's a chance it might not happen . Please tell me that.
Fat mess takes one last payoff. Has no fight left and is a tactical dinosaur so can't get results in a joke league. Can't handle the heat in China because of his obesity problem, so wants to move back home and take a cushy job up the road? Yeah, context.Context

However I don't think that Lampard is a coach without merit particularly if we are going down the route of the DoF doing all the recruitment with the emphasis on young players.
Lampard did a decent ( not exceptional ) job at Derby getting them to the play offs.
He got the job at Chelsea because he was a legend there. In his first season he did very well. Unable to buy players he was forced to use the youth and got Chelsea back into CL and a cup final.
The next summer Chelsea bought far too many players ( reminds me of Walsh and Koeman ) . Whether that was at the behest of Lampard or as I suspect over his head we don't know.
It's fair to say that he struggled to integrate them all and when a far more experienced coach came in he organised them and got more out of them - hardly a big suprise.
Does that end his coaching career ? Not for me
Is he qualified to be manager at Everton ? Probably not unless we really are going down the route of a young coach working hand in hand with the DoF.
OK.just speculation
Thanks for your reasoned response.Very bad manager, Lampard
What am I supposed to do with that ? I want to use a middle finger but I spat out my tea over my Rooney pyjamas .I think the only thing that prevents his appointment is if he gets eaten by sharks on Usmanovs boat.
come on mate keep the faith
There are some who hear stuff. Problem here is they few that do have all the same info now.It might well be, and that's what I expect to happen. But I also firmly believe that there is no such thing as an Everton ITK anymore.
