Voted for Conte

Head says Conte
Heart says Big Dunc

Please don't go for Nuno or Howe
On the fence about Moyes to be honest

In the highly unlikely event that Conte could be tempted, there would have to be a complete overhaul of the recruitment structure.

Transfer-wise, he's about as demanding a manager as there's ever been, and Brands is not capable of delivering what he'd want.
With Covid, and the money situation at a lot of big clubs, there has literally never been a better time for Everton to get in players who previously we wouldn't have been able to attract.

What’s Gary Rowett doing these days?

Wasn’t he an ex blue carving out a promising rep for himself?

Something happened to him?l that I can’t quite remember.

Problem with Everton is although we all say we want young hungry manager as soon as results go south they are under pressure... So you need someone who can get a level of results whilst rebuilding and implementing a style, tough one.

I'd probably go Duncan over Lampard too. Knowing the club and it's traditions gives him a big plus, and in honesty he managed the 4 games we had very well. It was a different approach for each game, and his in game management was also very good.

The other thing with Duncan is, listen to how those around football speak about him. Alan Shearer, Roy Keane etc talk about him as having an aura about him that they admired. That gets you a long way, as someone like Gerrard is finding at Ibrox.

This isn't to say I want him, nor that he should get the job, but it's not disputable really.

I think there's a good manager in Lampard too, but I'm not convinced he would be the best we can get. Chelsea went backwards under him.

We would go absolutely nowhere under Dunc. In the 3 games he played 1 was great the other two were horrific.

Think he has to leave the club and manage elswhere for a period and prove himself before getting a gig here (I dont think he wants the main job himself based on his comments before Carlo was appointed).

For me we need to avoid these types of names and bring in an experienced man but someone who prides their team on playing hard, fast pressing football with good fitness regimes in place - something that we severely lacked under Carlo.
