What do you define as bigger?
Liverpool, Man Utd, Arsenal definitely. Chelsea & City if you weight current trophies more than old ones then currently yes... then its about opinions.

Spurs and Leicester are better (over an average of last 4 years) but bigger? They're not more successful since year dot..

So I'm assuming nothing yet?

I do agree with this, although we do/ did win the league and cup a few times at U23 with him
So what ?
His primary job is to develop players to step up to the first team or failing that, be good enough to draw a transfer fee.

He should not have winning meaningless titles as his objective !

I’ve said at least 10 times in this thread but once more, Galtier was the best option in my opinion.
Benitez is a worse option than even Nuno imo for all the reasons I can’t be bothered to type out again.
Not who is the best option thats easy. It’s who is the best person that will actually take the job. Why would Galtier a man that just won Ligue 1 with Lile come to Everton?

Well you would be more concerned f they were finishing bottom, not winning ahead of the youth set-up of the likes of city, utd and co

Who says Everton aren't winning titles? Those U-23s trophies are front and center in the case!
