Course he's not okay.
He's one of them. A life time affliction
Right now. Your last few posts are basically "wah, wah, wah, people don't agree with me", whilst weirdly pointing out that this is a forum and people are entitled to differing opinions. U OK hun?
Not bothered people don’t agree with me, more the way you get tarred as a red if you don’t agree with certain people, bit like North Korea

My 2p worth. No matter who we get we will still be Everton...unless they reject the culture of mediocrity. So the manager to me is irrelevant ( except no RS please) as long as they flipping well do something! Also not wanting anybody here waiting for appointments for jobs they prefer (Den Perry and Carlo, I'm talking to you)

We are customers as far as football club owners are concerned, the point i was making us that club owners don’t ask fans who they want as manager. As far as bitters , I was making the point that a lot of people don’t want Benitez just because he was once at Liverpool, I can be accused of many things, being a Liverpool fan is definitely not one , believe me or not,
OK pal.

Just a big Benitez fan boy who calls his fellow Blues bitters.

Completely normal behavior and the fact that you didn't post for 13 years is coincidental.

I'm not saying everyone who wants or is getting behind Benitez is a red. Most of them are just crap blues who just don't understand how damaging this will be for the club and the relationship with the support. I just don't think you're in that group.

Again never said I was a Benitez fan …. Said I’d support him if he gets the job until he shows me he’s not good enough ,

I remember awkwardly trying to explain to a mate from Uni that Nigel Martyn was getting booed by the Gwladys (when he was at Leeds) because he'd turned down a move to us about 8 years earlier. As I was saying it I realised how absolutely ridiculous it sounded and expected him to laugh in my face. He understood it immediately, because other clubs are the same. There's nothing rational about football fans, it's pointless to pretend otherwise. Benitez disrespected Everton, and people don't forget that type of thing. You can call it childish all you want, but it's just how it is, and telling people not to do it isn't going to make a blind bit of difference.
You say football fans aren't rational yet there are many who are saying the same things I am about Benitez across this thread. I'm sure there are more out there exhausted by our fans getting up in arms over his comment from 13 years ago when all it really did was point out the truth... that Moyes didn't go into those matches to win and the club has lacked ambition for decades.

I'm talking in general terms, not in absolutes. Of course some people can look at things dispassionately, but clearly that isn't something that is associated with football fans. The fact that you as an individual are willing to put something to one side is really neither here nor there when talking about the way things are perceived in general.
