The ambition of our average fan tends to be you can own or manage the club providing you are a Blue or used to play for us.

Some clowns in our fanbase would turn down Klopp and Salah because they were once at that lot.

If we dont appoint Benitez whoever we get instead wont be much better and we'll be slated in the media "ungrateful Evertonians getting what they deserve"

If we do appoint him you'll have "supporters" just waiting to pounce on the bloke soon as we dont win a game 4-0.
Wonder why you bother sometimes, remember your hatred of DCL? What right have you got to tell Blues who were supporting the club long before you were born what they should or shouldn't do.
Entitlement personified.
And yes I would consider Klopp as manager.
Direct your anger at the clueless board instead of the fans

And there was me thinking Everton fans were a different class to the likes of the RS fans but no, we are bad bells just like our gobshyte neighbours.

This is football you knobs, it’s not life or death! Get a grip!

Work through potential ones.

Salary? Nah.
Budget? Take it or leave it.
Contract length? Maybe. But again, take it or leave it.
Backroom? Nah.
Compo to existing club? Nah
Tunnel Pass? Could be.

It makes no sense, unless he has hugely over played his hand. "I want that player, that player and that player". But again, take it or leave it.

Everton have been silent. Why?

…I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s a real power struggle happening internally. Old school Chairman and a few others dead set against the appointment, Moshiri ready to make it happen to end the Kenwright authority.

As I’ve said previously, this might be more about politics than it is about football strategy.

You may well be right, who knows? But Bill hasnt got any power.

Odd one though as most of these well-briefed journos say that Moyes was the first choice of the Board - which would have pleased the Chair considerably

…I imagine he’s been a bit of a dinosaur hanging over the new regime. We know of his involvement in player & manager recruitment. Traditional Everton, insisting on Ferguson remaining because he believes the fans love him. Moshiri taking the romance away.

Just an assumption, of course.

I've never hated DCL - just called him crap when he was our main no9 but scoring 2 goals a season.

The hatred we have seen towards Rafael these past 2 weeks is hideous quite frankly and that banner today was something I would expect from that lot over the road or Chelsea/Millwall fans.

If Benitez isn't announced tomorrow then I don't understand what's going on. I don't understand if it is going to be him why it's not done already but Tuesday is the day that has been put out there by various people so I guess tomorrow is the day.
If it isn't announced tomorrow then maybe this palaver has been for nothing.

I am a red and having heard the burden of my sins for supporting Liverpool from morally superior Evertonians, I want to ask each Everton fan what are you going to do about the banner outside Rafael's house. How can you ever assuage the collective guilt you all have from this. How will you ever wash off this sin of threatening someone's family. What will be your thoughts on folding the club.
Whatever guilt WE have WE deal with.
its ours to sort not chelseas ours. Also its not actual death threats like you lot beseiged on your own player. Its a banner not exactly a real death threat or any actual death been caused from the banner. pushing walls causes death.but it was chelsea. 2faced kopite cant see the irony in his question.Shame you cant practice what you preach and admit your own guilt and remorse as a club and fanbase as you lot are guilty of it. So tell us how that weight you carry burdens you.
