Don't you think it's long overdue that we need a manager who is strong on tactics and style? That way we can start to see changes in the team immediately, and we are not dependent only on new transfers. Ideally a coach - or a manager with a first class coach - would be ideal.

Teamwork

I didn't see enough evidence of an emotional bond between our players, and naturally they won't fight for each other if they're like that. We don't necessarily need them to be allied to the Everton culture, if they are a great group of teammates who like playing together.
