Funny though
I mean it is, but I'm really struggling to figure out how the guy came up with that headline, and googling it shows it got passed around so now a narrative exists where Potter can't handle fans getting mad when he didn't even really say that. The internet is wild.

I would seriously swerve my beloved blues for a while if Rodney 'Plonker' Potter is named the manager. Just another Mike Walker who would be completely out of his depth in no time.

If not Moyes, then Dunc with Alan Irvine as no2.

We know our place.
To be fair I think Palace have a squad more suited to nuno than we do. We have slow, narrow players who don’t like to run and Palace have always been athletic. Defensively big with a target man and runners. When Eze is fit again it could click

If he couldn't handle fans getting mad he wouldn't be a premier league manager. I think it's nonsense too

He basically said he understands not everyone agrees with him but that's life haha. I couldn't really believe that a PL manager would come out and say "the fans hurt my feelings" or similar and turns out he did not.

Do you think we played better footy than Brighton last year? We scraped by on DCL goals, they lacked that goalscorer. Otherwise far more creative and a better watch all round
