Last 10 years Everton has seen managers departed to "big" clubs or national teams:

Moyes - Manch U
Martinez - Belgium
Koeman - Netherlands and then Barcelona
Ancelotti - Real Madrid

Only Silva is the odd one here (where is he?).
Martinez and Koeman got sacked, but you can't blame the board for hiring those four, seeing where they went after Everton?
How on earth anyone who knows anything about football gave Koeman and Martinez top jobs in the game the lord only knows.

Tuchel has done amazing but tuchel is also a world class manager.

You said he bottled Derby when he didn't, and said he stunk the place at Chelsea when again he didn't.

Would he have done better than tuchel? Probably not no but I'd call his Derby spell a definite success and think he done quite good at Chelsea ( mainly because of season 1 like )

Not just jumping on you mate but Ive seen quite a few lampard shouts. The derby job was not a success. They finished on 75 pts the previous season. They lost vydra but added mason mount, fikayo tomori and harry wilson to the squad and finished with 74 pts. That is not a success. It more so indicates hes a worse manager then Gary Rowett. He somehow got the Chelsea job off the back of that. Chelseas squad is so strong and deep they could put probably put out 2 teams that would finish in the top 6. They should be challenging for the title, not limping into 4th. If lampard under performs the squad to the same level with us we're in a relegation battle. Hes a huge no, he simply hasnt got anywhere close to proving himself yet.

To be fair that Norwich team wasn’t bad. They were hovering around the top of the league. Put 5 past us at GP. Was he in charge then?
Probably was without checking.
Proves once again that in the main, we can't quite seem to get it right.
I've given up now trying to fathom out who would be good for us, we could get Guardiola and he'd turn into a chump once on our payroll.
