Yeah they absolutely can work on and negotiate all sorts during the approval process, and I’m sure they will have done. They just can’t execute the stuff they line up until it’s all formal.

I’m confident they’ll have used the wait to have a lot of things prepped and ready to go. There will be a lot happening in the first couple of weeks.

Seems likely the stadium naming rights may go to Gulf States Toyota , part of TFG and based at the same address.
