I thought that as the shirt sponsorship ends at the end of this season, we would be having a combined shirt and stadium sponsor deal. Like City and Arsenal have. Arsenal's is £50m per season. Because they are regularly in the champions league, I expected ours to be lower, like £40m, then have bonuses if we are in Europe and bonuses for the stadium being involved in the Euro's, etc.

Wouldnt be able to use branding for the Euros.
It'll be Everton Stadium.

Supporters need to be realistic. We are not going to command silly figures for our naming rights, whilst the club is in an annual relegation battle and without European football for nearly a decade. If it is 22m for a company like Toyota, I think that is all we can expect. After securing the naming rights to the stadium, I hope they can turn their attentions to our kit and shirt sponsorship deals.

This is from Allianz leading up to Euro 2024. They state that the naming on the facade will also be removed.

On a related point there will be a board on the halfway line at BMD that will say Liverpool when we host the Euros

The branding will be painstakingly covered over, as @SLAVEN BILIC says.

They even have to cover the Nike logo in the Anfield Road stand for Champions League matches. UEFA is serious about this stuff.
