It’s about finding it, developing it and then having a clear consistent pathway for getting the players into the squad if they’re good enough

A big part as well is getting the fan base to buy into the process so that they actively engage in it and want to see the younger players succeed rather than always looking for an excuse to bin them off if they aren’t great every time out
