I want them to make us debt free and convert that to shares.

The fact they're not doing that and are also whining already about PSR doesn't impress me at all.
Today’s companies house filing confirms that all new funding is via shares and the only remaining debt in the club is a small secured metro bank loan.
The total interest savings is close to £50m per annum.

honestly mate that RMF going alone was massive...and now stadium debt too... happy days, we will be saving a fortune and can suddently spend again!

Havent felt this positive about Everton since reaching the FA Cup final in 1995!!

Though there will be some form or restructure I’d imagine in the coming days/weeks, it feels big to get all that high cost toxic debt of the clubs books and out of cash calls from our cash flow.

The dynamic of the restructuring will be interesting, will it go on the clubs books or stay with the group. Out and about in Budapest at the moment, may do a deep dive later on how they managed the Roma debt on the takeover, theirs was bad.

Every club is whining about PSR and we should be too, Whats the alternative Dave another 8 point deduction ? Hopefully they have a lot more business nous about them, so we don't have to worry about PSR, Moshiri and Kenwrights biggest failure, they failed to make us bigger Commercially so we could afford to keep our best players and buy better players. Look at Newcastle richest owners in the World and they can't spend why ? PSR.

A big part of the debt reduction is non cash - Moshiri has taken a huge write down of c£400m on his shareholder loans.

yeah realise thats pretty much what they have done right? right? can't wipe out transfer payments or wages, that has a big bearing on PSR as well. Just cant help moaning can you.
