sorry my friend i live in london... not many around here so the options are limited...

besides who said i was threatening a good time? I know people...

I fear I may have inadvertently crossed swords with a superior male here, if it's all the same I'd like to sub in our spiritual advisor @Mrtallywacker and bravely run away.

Your favourite psalm please @Mrtallywacker.

But if the debt is transferred to equity, then that means they'd have to find a buyer willing to suck up that extra valuation they've placed on the club. Or we wouldn't get sold, or we'd get sold at a loss to the Friedkins.

Whichever of those three, it wouldn't be debt on us.
The opening statement made explicit reference to shareholder loans having been converted to equity in view of the recent change in PL rules

Watts: "The transaction has seen most of Everton’s debt either converted to equity, repaid or refinanced on terms more favourable to the stability of the Club."
Debt is not an issue. We can now service this debt a lot easier and on repayments which will be a fraction of what we have been paying, meaning more money for infrastructure, player trading etc. Gone from being a contrarian to full on WUM i see

That's exactly what I said. I didn't claim it wasn't on easier terms. 'kin ell.
