To be fair moshiri splashed the cash left, right and centre at a time nobody took psr seriously. It was such a shame that we had an owner, a chairman, technical directors and managers that all pulled in such different directions.
Every manager we brought in got the leverage to buy 2 to 3 players of their choice. Moshiri was behind buying Tosan because he thought he had such great pace and finishing.
Nobody could decide on which manager to get in next. It was a sh*t show, over and over again.
