Apartments and shopping area.. there is to be a playground where the centre of the pitch was.. unless things have change since the article I saw.

Are we to keep the 'Goodison' letters in place? (See circled) Looks like they might be keeping part of the park end there if that's the case

I think there's a lot of guesswork/assumptions to fill content quotas.

My assumption is they knew who'd be CEO once takeover was completed - and it's just a matter of process.

If not, that's a tad concerning. I was critical of Moshiri early days and more so within 1 year when there wasn't sweeping changes at boardroom/exec level. Id be the same with TFG.

I've heard after an extensive global search, they've finally picked someone who has the right blend of national and local knowledge and a solid track record in the football industry. Welcome Dennis Baxendale.

I hope they appoint a CEO with football business experience rather than from outside football.

TFG are very well stacked for expertise in finance and legal so the CEO should have alternate skills imo.

Doesn't have to be from the PL but I do think we could do with someone who understands the politics of football and dealing with clubs and the PL on a daily basis.

TFGs contact book will be full especially with Dan Friedkin being on the ECA board.

All gone a bit quiet on this for a while now.
I’d be surprised if there’s either private / local gov funding in place for it or inclination from the Friedkins to fund much beyond the demolition of GP.

It'd be dead weird to leave a stand up. Knock it all down, stick Dixie's statue on the penalty spot at the street end with a covenant that it has to stay there forever and then sell the rest to the highest bidder.

I did the Goodison tour on Friday and the guide said the original plans are ready to go when the season finishes. However, that is if the Friedkins still want to go ahead with it, they may have their own ideas.

Sounds like it’s in limbo at the moment.
