Hel's literally been the difference between us staying up and being relegated. His ability to keep calm and go through and out the other end of poor periods of the last two seasons have been exemplary.

I wont join in a stampede - we've just played 5 of the top 8 in the last 5 games and lost only to the worst two of them.

The lack of chances are explained by the absence of forward thinking players like McNeil and Garner.

The smart thing to do is to give him some cash to spend to get some pace into this team by buying at least 1 FB and a winger and get him a decent play maker/forward.

It wouldn’t be surprising if they want to finalise the appointment of a director of football before dismissing him, as their first choice needs to be the right one. Time is running out, and the Friedkin Group have demonstrated they won’t tolerate this level of poor performance with Roma. It’s likely just a matter of getting everything in place, and then he’ll be gone.
