Moshiri had seven years of pumping money in (even if it wasn’t his) and that brought us to the brink of relegation, so I’m not sure what you think they could have achieved since they took over?

Given the rank state of our club, from top to bottom, I’m pretty sure TFG will have tons to do behind the scenes to clear out the crap and get us functioning like a proper business, and they wouldn’t have been able to start on that until they got control.

If they’ve done nothing by the end of the transfer window and we’re still sinking under Dyche, then you’ve got fair grounds to complain, but it’s crackers to be kicking off three weeks in.

ITS BEEN 8 MONTHS

Theres no planning somple as.

Day one should of had a real ceo and board in place, manager should of been sacked and their man appointed. By now i expect a decision on thelwell as well.

Moshiri issue wasnt pumping money in, it was when he stopped and hed left a board in that was useless. So when it went to him cap in hand and he had nothing it was pay day loans and sell, sell, sell.

Then he got rid of the incompetent board replaced them with people less qualified to be on the board and thier still there now

They been buying us for 8 months.

Look at Newcastle, completely new board, sacked aload of people and new manager within 2 weeks of full completion.

Weve still got the same ceo (who was a panic appointment 3 years ago because he wasnt qualified) and the rest of them are in Texas.

Its all about succession planning and there has been none of it.

Ive waited for years because "you dont know whats going on in the background" and nothing was. As far as im concerned nothing was going on then and nothing is going on now till i see evidence there is.
Sorry, but you really don't know what's going on.

Nor do I, or any of us.

IT’S BEEN THREE WEEKS.

No matter what you think ‘due diligence’ means, they don’t get to see what’s been stuffed under the carpet until they actually take over.

But, you know, keep shouting about it and please let us all know when you see the ‘evidence’ there is something happening that you’re happy with.

Did you honestly think that any businessman was going to come in and CLEAR our huge amount of debt? The only people who are capable of clearing that amount of debt are oil states.

This isn’t directed at you but I find it insane that people thought it was going to be all systems go in 5 seconds, we’ve been ran like a Sunday league side for years with crippling debt.

They’ve been here for a few weeks trying to unfu*k Moshiri’s legacy.

No and thats what people need to understand.

These arent our saviours they dont care avout Everton football club they just want a return on their investment.

Personally i wouldn't be surprised if the plan isn't to get us into the ground. Skate by as cheaply as possible and in a few years hopefully sell us on at a profit because they got us for essentially the £200m loan that lent us.

If they just restructured the debt by putting debt on the stadium, got better sponsors so we can spend a bit more get us stable they could easily sell us for a profit in 2-3 years

They loaned the club £200m. They were privy to the intricate workings of the club and the decisions they were making from that point.

If your moving into a house do you just turn up on the day your moving in with nothing. Then start thinking i best buy a bed, then get a fridge, then get a tv, need something to put the tv on, need to get a couch as well. No you get it all sorted before you move in so its all good to go on the day your moving in.

Christ, people making out like someone's died all of a sudden and theyve been gifted this club in a will out of the blue. Theyve had 8 months to get their crap in order and havent done anything.

But hey you keep blindly walking towards that cliff saying "its only been 3 weeks, its only been a month, its only been 6 months, its only been a year, its only been..."

Every single billionaire who owns a football club will be looking for an exit plan at all times, to make as much money as they can.

There’s maybe 1 or 2 in the league (Bloom is all I can think of) who do it for the love of their football club.

If the TGF can get us into a position where they’ve made money on their investment, then hopefully that = they’ve made up steady both on and off the pitch.

We’ll see either way.

Not the best analogy haha.

Because you still can’t move the fridge etc in until you get the keys. Then you move in and find out there’s jobs on top of that so you’ve got to go find a decent plumber. Etc

They can plan all the want, the reality is always going to be different when you get in the door.

And thank God for that.

Because, we were told that the man who ran us for the last 25 years was in it for the love of the club, too...
