I doubt if that is true tbh.Do you think Slot earns more than Salah? The DOF is the top job on the football side, and the manager or head coach is below them. This model is designed to add stability as head coaches tend to change a lot but well run clubs have an identity which runs through their DOF. It's not a model we've operated with because we're behind the curve, but it's definitely the way forward.
Do you think the DOF at City earns more than Pep?, or Klopp when he was there?
I think the manager at any club can be the most prized and important asset and is paid accordingly.
The players of course are on a different scale completely.
