They've bought players for the women's team, it logically means that we are sailing close to PSR for this FY or they don't want other clubs knowing we have money, so we are waiting to get all our deals done in one hit.

A football club is about football .
If they couldn’t fix the financial side they shouldn’t have been purchasing it .
( Moshiri also built the new stadium that everyone is currently creaming themselves about and is supposedly a huge benefit to our future ambitions)
So from now on I’ll be judging them on how they administer the footballing operations.
