There is no way our fans allow us to play second fiddle to Roma (they won’t allow it the other way around either).

I am worried we will be doing and it could turn sour pretty quickly.

I don’t trust any new owners until they give me a reason to, not falling for it again.

As it stands we have had windows after window of not being able to do anything, the first one has arrived where we can and with 12 days to go nothing is happening.
I personally see no reason they would buy into a football club in order to "let it die", they will invest in Everton AND Roma.

I of course know very little about these people and they will need to show me in their actions, but they dont strike me as clowns who would just watch an asset die.

Thats why I have faith, currently.

Logically a sensible approach.

I think we all want steady and sustained investment but we are always going to look at what they do at Roma and make our minds up on who they see as their priority asset.

That and they’ve been in two minutes, passed one test that was thrust upon them by Dyche’s surrender - and have telegraphed that the summer, when PSR concerns have subsided, is when they intend to spend.

Stunned that people think we’ll be playing second fiddle to Roma, the money on offer over there is a drop in the ocean compared to the Premier League. Think making us competitive will quickly become their number one priority tbh.

At least Moshiri took a swing at it…
And look how that turned out...

Massive psr issues
Points deducted
Wasting money on players.

OK yes he managed to get a stadium built but in such an awful financial way.

But yeah well in mosh for having a go...

My god it isn't about "having a swing at it"

It's about being SMART. We don't need more reckless owners.
