I'm not happy with our transfer window tbh. It's been poor, and I expected better. However, given the awful circumstances that the new owners were given on their arrival, I'm willing to give them a one-time pass during this window. I'll not be as generous during the summer and beyond, though. I expect more than this. The cost of going the match is extortionate in 2025, so I expect that to be reflected in the way the money is invested into the club on players and thr rising of standards ect.

You’d think that a fan base of a club who has been nailed with 2 points deductions for breaches of financial rules would have a better understanding of how it works. Yanks are extremely rich, club is extremely poor, thanks to previous owner. Club can only spend its own money (it doesn’t have any). Club cannot spend Yanks money. Some proper children on this forum. Go read how the rules work.
you haven’t got a clue, so when Newcastle were took over who’s money where they spending then ? Or any other club who’s just been bought

They're waiting till summer to spend loads. That's what it'll be. They're dead clever these Texans. They've been aware of football soccer for all of 5 years now, so how can we with decades of experience hope to challenge their transfer policy? :coffee:

The fella from the i paper seems to have an in with TFG and he said they see the summer as the big opportunity to invest. Can understand why we aren’t risking PSR breaches now even if it is very frustrating.

We're still paying for sins of the past. Having said that, there need to be incomings, if only to make the numbers.

Roma won last night and Dybala played well.

TNT sports is struggling with 18 matches at once though, you can cast Spuds from your
device, but good luck if you want to cast Barca or Roma.

But they still used there owners money when they were took over , Forrest got a deduction but still spent money or is that news to you aswell

The issue isn't the money available, it's the loss calculation.

Forest could only lose 61 million as opposed to our 105 million for that season. You really think the PL will treat us fairly after a third breach?

You heavily involved in transfers at football clubs?

Or does watching football on your sofa give you experience of running a football club?

So it's the Texans fault for the previous way we've been ran into the ground by the previous owner ? Okay Dave you are just a football genius and we all bow down to you're fantastic football knowledge.. :coffee:

They're about as useful as tits on a bull if they cant get a manager scraping the barrel to get players on the pitch some more players in a transfer window with relegation still an issue.
