I believe this deal halves out current rate of interest which I believe was 5 mill + a month so bang on id say close to 30 mill per year now myself mate.

I thought the club were working on projected uptake in revenue at the new ground of £40 mill - granted that was before TFG.

Also wont be surprised if our interest payments now dont fall within our PSR calculations - i think Spurs dont as well when their ground was built and refinanced - I could be corrected on that though.

Yeah, Im not sure what they exempt from PSR(And it seems its all a secret except for what was revealed in the tribunals), but on the safe side Im at least assuming stadium income and sponsorship increases. Would be great if we could count it all
