I've met Nev a few times and had a good conversation over a cuppa with him one of the times, he never mentioned why he wasn't involved or in and around the club (I suspect something to do with Bill) but the way he spoke about us is exactly what we need in and around the staff and players. Paraphrasing but things along the lines of "we're Everton we should be aiming to win the league not finish top 7" and "aiming to win cups" etc. Everyone could do with a reminder like that now
