Toyota naming rights deal could give a huge financial boost to Everton

According to the reliable Companies Market Cap, the Japanese automobile giant is said to be valued at a colossal £192.94billion.

A naming rights deal with Toyota could significantly bolster the club’s finances due to the sheer scale of its market capitalisation and brand recognition.
Just seen the talks before about few in for naming rights and saying 25 mill a season, be great hopefully something that can increase in value. Csnt see any toyota talks until a takeover is finished but exciting that has been some interest

I hadn't even posted in the past two pages. Yet you're on here telling people what to think and what they can post again with your "look forward" rhetoric.

Lectures from you are not needed. Frankly.

There was dogged resistance all the way along. That made media take note.

It had an impact.

What and where was this dogged resistance?…..

Is something we can hopefully start doing getting in lads like that with a promise of progressing into the first team. Then if does work out we can look to the next player and hopefully make a profit on them

Brothers married into a Sunderland die hard ST holder family mate. They absolutely rave about the lad.

Having caught a game the other week I can see why, a very special talent who you could easily see ending up another Foden or Bellingham, he really looks that good, just turned 17 already played over 30 games, debude at 15.

Everton can be revitalised by Bramley-Moore Dock move

While the completion of the Toffees’ new state-of-the-art home ground looks set to regenerate an entire area of Liverpool, fans will, at least immediately, be much more concerned with the in-house benefits.

Those are also set to be plentiful, however, with matchday income alone forecast to be boosted by £40million within two seasons [Kieran Maguire, 8 July], dwarfing what the club can bring in from Goodison Park.

So basically no where near your fantasy £70 million a season @ForeverBlue92 @PeregrineT

£40 million "boost" on GP. Which is total ca. £56 million a year

Not £70 million "or more"

Let's keep it realistic yeah?

Friedkins will be conservative in what they project and won't be lashing around 64,000 capacity equivalent revenues in their business plan

Increased ticket prices
Increased capacity
Increased hospitality
Concerts/events
Sponsorship & matchday deals
New Catering deal
Corporate events

Could even be more than £70m pa.

Nonsense. Drivel.

You said

Which means you think BMD will take in between £66 million to £86 million a season (i.e. which is over and above GP's revenue of ca. £16 million per season)

52,888 and an average ticket price per seat of £750 per seat is only £39,666,000 a season

52,888 and an average ticket price per seat of £1000 per seat is only £52,888,000 a season

If we do more detailed calculations

5000 hospitality at £3000 a season, = £15,000,000
47888 and an average ticket price per seat of £750 per seat = £35,916,000

Total = £50,916,000 per season

You're well short of what you're claiming there. Well short. By at least 25% to 50%

Fantasy land from @ForeverBlue92

With this reasoning Im thankful you didnt end up owning the club after all.

Im sorry, but we are going to write down some math and then conveniently forget about sponsorships, food and drink, merchandise, extra events and more?

You've already outlined 50m per season in ticket sales. Throw in million in food/drink increases. We already have one sponsorship from castore for 13m more than last year(and there will be more). Then you have other events, which bring in 1-5m per night for Tottenham for example. Do 10 nights a year of that and you have another 10m minimum.

Ticket sales: 50m
Castore sponsorship: 13m
Events: 10m
Food/drink:?
Already thats 73m + whatever increases in food/drink/merchandise/other sponsorships.

Thats LITERALLY from an Athletic article outlining the exact profits the Tottenham stadium is making. Where they stated details of certain events bringing in 15m to the club but actual profit after costs being around 5m, so I took the low number.

If you TRULY have an issue with someone "just throwing figures around" then you should stop now, because Im using actual figures from financial professionals that arent my own and you are the one just making stuff up.

You've cited Tottenham Stadium's figures as those that apply to BMD.

They have a bigger capacity. 62,303 versus Everton's 52,888 (ca. 18% bigger)

They have a bigger hospitality capacity. 8000 Premium Seats + 70 Lounges versus Everton's 5,334 premium seats + 9 Lounges

They have a retractable pitch and other features for non-football events.

You've tried to compare a larger stadium and then claimed that BMD will get the same revenues.

We will not.
