Im one of the 263 but thought it was for don,t know, because im not clever enough to know if its a good or bad thing, thought the 39 votes was for being against it,shows how much i know and thats why i keep out of it.I see that 263 posters are not in favour of the takeover.
I can appreciate that some may be put off by being part of a mutli club ownership group but I'd genuinely like to know the other objections to TFG and who they would want instead.
Can we please threadban the utter bore now.. some of us actually want to talk about the takeover and not the rantings of a lunatic who doesn't know when to shut up!!
And you know this how genius?
From the opening day programme notes
Writing in his programme notes for Everton’s opening fixture against Brighton & Hove Albion, Chong, who is also the club’s chief stadium development officer, said: “I know there has been a lot of talk about the future ownership of the club. While the club and The Friedkin Group jointly confirmed that we would not be progressing with their potential takeover, our relationship is still a positive one and their £200m loan helped us to finalise our stadium funding.
So you are calling Colin Chong liar? Don't hide behind the "misleading" bs. Be man enough to stand behind your claims.
I barely ever check in on this thread now because there's maybe one post of new information in 30 pages and 10 pages worth of Damo posts calling people out, tagging random people, telling us that he knew everything all along (but just didn't want to tell anyone else), telling someone they can't censor him while he attempts to silence other, randomly saying he's "not bothered" or posting the same Dumbledore gif. It really is ruining this thread. You should have said!!!
This forum is made about 80% more boring by you repeating the same 6 things ad nauseam

Wow. One page without you on it. Congrats Damo, you are the king of self-control. Let me guess, don't care, not bothered?I didn't post at all on the last page. So that's not at all an exaggeration is it?

100%. Same with Spurs, only they’ve decided to forego 5 years worth of sponsorship so far because they think a better deal is just around the corner.Probably the most important sponsorship deal since forever.
You'd imagine they want a big say.
That's worth a thread of its own mate, I can certainly think of a fewIf GOT were a movie, which actors would play which posters? (Sorry bored)
Seems like you haven't taken it very well, mate. All these notifications from you with middle fingers etc.
You did ask for evidence and now it's been given
Clearly the Colin Chong quote you gave from the match programme was not true. Was it? It didn't "finalise" it did it?
Not if they needed another £60 million
I lent them £50 quid towards itOne thing I would say is our funding for the stadium has been very unorthodox to say the least.
