Everton line up funding streams to cover final payments and ongoing operational costs.
TFG come in for purchase of the club and can access better terms for those same final payments and operational costs.
Hey presto, Everton had funding in place & TFG have supplied funding. Both things can be true.

That's not what happened though. They needed an additional £60 million that Freidkin are providing. To complete the stadium
This is additional loans not replacement of current loans. Which won't happen until the club is taken over.
The funding could have been there and lined up from another source couldn't it? Friedkin coming in means they've decided to fund it instead rather than going with the outside source.
Say I had credit pre-agreed for a car purchase then the funding is there and available. Then I come into money unexpectedly and decide not to take the credit option. Just because I'm now buying with my own money doesn't mean the funding to purchase wasn't available in the first place.

It wasn't. I'll avoid repetition because it annoys people. It just wasn't the case. They needed another £60 million to complete the stadium. They got it when TFG agreed to takeover and it's been advanced to the club. Ahead of the takeover

But where is the proof of what you are claiming. You have been unable to provide it. Everything that you have quoted can be explained in that small piece of text.
You just keep on repeating yourself ad nauseum without any proof whatsoever. Not a single thing you have shared gives any indication that what you claim happened is the truth. Surely as somebody "in legal" you can understand the optics of that.
