Dan Friedkin must learn from past mistakes at both Everton and Roma when he takes the reins at Goodison Park, Simon Jordan has said.

Speaking on talkSPORT (5 November, 11:24), Jordan said that Friedkin has “serious” money behind him and believes the takeover is already a done deal.

Implying there are other wealthy parties joining him at Everton? Or that he had the personal/company wealth behind him?

Does the lunatic winning the us election affect TFG and us in anyway?

Wonder who they backed for POTUS?

I’ll have to do some research, unless someone can save me the bother…..
I imagine, like most wealthy American individuals and corporations, they will make donations to both sides and whoever is the governor/congressman for where they are based regardless of which party they belong to.

…is the correct answer

Over the past decade, The Friedkin Group and its affiliates have made political contributions to various candidates and committees across the United States. While a comprehensive list of all recipients is extensive, notable contributions include:

• Democratic Party Committees: In the 2024 election cycle, The Friedkin Group contributed $41,300 to the Democratic National Committee Services Corp and $10,025 to the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee.

• Republican Candidates and Committees: The group has supported several Republican figures, such as Mike Johnson (R-LA04) with $10,000 and Markwayne Mullin (R-OKS2) with $7,000 during the 2024 cycle.

• Political Action Committees (PACs): Contributions have been made to various PACs, including $30,000 to the Truth & Courage PAC and $10,000 to Continuing America’s Strength & Security PAC in the 2024 cycle.

Historically, The Friedkin Group’s donations have predominantly favored Republican candidates and committees. For instance, in the 2016 election cycle, 82.01% of their contributions went to Republicans, while 17.99% supported Democrats.
