Sure the powers that be in the PL will be fighting tooth and nail to get this done quickly, and ensure the best possible outcome for Everton.

We know they’ve got our back.
They'll certainly be looking at any possible way they can hit us with a further points deduction for having the audacity to try and get ourselves on a sound financial footing and get out of it mess we've been in for the past half a decade.

Thelwell seems to be doing well from my limited take on it. Wouldn't turn my nose up at Rangnick though if those rumours are to be believed
I think Ragnick would be an outstanding addition.

For me the jury's out on Thelwell.

Some good signings - Tim and Ndayie balanced by some terrible signings - Maupay and Beto.

Did Lampard want Maupay ? Who knows.

Presumably Beto was a punt because the payment terms were favourable but dear me what an awful player.

Ultimately I think a new DoF and new manager is the way to go

8-12 weeks gives theesk.org plenty of time to plant fake stories about them and pretend that the takeover has hit some sort of jeopardy and actually we’re going to end up in administration really.

"The complexities around the sale of Everton appear to show no signs of reducing."

Based on Lampard's comments about watching Maupay in the CL when he was with Derby he might have been his signing but that could've just been something positive to say.
Beto does look like a what we can get for what we have kind of signing alright.

A clean sweep would be good. Need a complete renewal to shake the culture of mediocrity that has led to below mediocrity
