I spent a few hours at BMD this afternoon.

Contractors are responsible for H&S on site not the actual clients

Clients also have duties under CDM and could, in theory, be potentially prosecuted for H&S failures that occur on-site.

That being said, this is extremely unlikely to occur with respect to Bramley Moore. LoR are a Tier1 Contractor and will have all relevant training, protocols and safe systems of work in place for them and their sub-contractors. The club will have also appointed the necessary competent consultants and advisers to ensure the CDM regs, and their responsbilities, are complied with.

Still the 5th biggest and when you consider 2 of them are Wembley and the Millennium Stadium we aren't doing too bad Matty.

Bigger certainly doesn’t mean better.

West Ham’s ground is bigger than BMD, which would you rather have?

Why does size matter more than quality? Where does it stop? Do we need to top Wembley for capacity?

Anyone know if there will be an increase in total number of general admission season tickets at BMD compared to GP, since there will be a lot more hospitality on offer for 3 stands and feel like there will be less 'cheap' seats to purchase

Pretty sure there will be, the talk is that there’ll be a minimal increase in season ticket numbers.

If LoR are the primary contractor then they are also responsible for what their sub contractors (or even their sub contractors subbies) do. If something goes badly wrong, it will be the Police or HSE to decide who to go for, depending upon what evidence they have.
