New Everton Stadium

As opposed to Tall,Expensive and Half Empty high rise?...Am sure we'll lauding it's cultural heritage in years to come.

Whether you think it's ugly or not is besides the point.

Also I wasn't talking to you...so pipe down merkin.

Tall? Hope so, they won’t be blocking the way of the former echo building. And the Leeds street A road.

Haha, let’s keep those sheds there so your favourite micro brewery can stamp their feet, when they’ve been offered a once in a life time opportunity to move to a site getting significant investment in an area that’s been left to rot for decades.

And yes it’s is ugly, infact walked past that area and always thought what a mess, hope they building something ambitious here.

How many more jobs will be created during the construction of the 4/5 talls they are going to build on the site? Well paid construction jobs, too. Add to that an increase of the city centre population by several hundreds of relatively wealthy people who will have money to spend in the shops, restaurants and bars around town. Surely keeping the units there will mean fewer jobs overall?

It’s more important that some farts can have a pint of their favourite snob ales than any sort of urban/economic regeneration to a key area.

As bad as it looks it looks much better than what a redeveloped Goodson would have looked like, and a lot of fans wanted that. Thankfully that never went ahead, as we’d have done it a much lower budget.

Agree completely, imagine the houses being demolished and left derelict round an obtuse goodison, we dodged a bullet there. I’m made up we’re leaving goodison.

Spoke to a few people at KEIOC who agreed not to long ago.

Commerce is the key to a thriving local economy...not just lashing up flats at every opportunity that no one can afford to live in

Love it when people say "once in a lifetime opportunity".... absolutely buzzword nonsense.

So yeah, who's 'we' and 'they' you're referring to by the way,Kind Sir.

Look at the lack of seams though.

The Subbuteo stadium you couldn't afford all at once so started to build your own stands out of cardboard and corrugated iron as you waited for your pocket money.

Inappropriate Behaviour

I’m sorry kind sir, let’s keep those tin sheds there.

Commerce? Stay in your lane the guy with the slightly rapey user name.
